I had a great time for my wife’s birthday her 30th birthday. We had a great time. The place is so much luxurious and excellence. You just feel like you’re in a top-tier place. The staff the rooms oh my God, the people there wow another amazing experience at the fountain blue Pure class high luxury

The property itself had an excellent View and had the potential to be very nice however in the Tresor Tower my suite was not clean to my standards with hair in the sink and stains on the microwave and residue on the Keurig so I really questioned if any deep cleaning is performed. It was obvious that this area had not been maintained to the Property Standards because the door handles were all chipped the swimming pool left a lot to be desired because there were brown stains in the pool and there was bad staining on all of the cushions. I would not swim in that particular pool however the one closest to the main lobby was much nicer. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk and they informed me that these were owner Suites and that the hotel just rented them but to me if you're putting your name on it, it needs to meet your standards. They did offer me a $75 room credit and was told that the room would be clean however that never happened so I just cleaned it myself. In addition I have contacted the hotel twice since checking out to ask for a receipt to be emailed to me and that has yet to happen and it's been 24 hours.

The property was incredibly nice and convenient due to its many restaurants and stores. The pools were amazing and beach access is so close. The staff was also super nice!
