We waited 2 hours to access our room after returning from a cruise. The lobby was freezing. One of the two elevators hadn't been working for well over a week. They didn't offer free continental breakfast like all the other Hilton properties I've stayed in.

We were happy with our stay, however, we stayed two nights ago and asked about reserving the 10am shuttle to the cruise terminal. The staff that helped us stated that if we checked in between 5-6 we should not have any trouble. When we checked in today a little before 4 we were informed the shuttle was full and that many guests who checked in yesterday had already reserved. We were extremely disappointed since we were here day before yesterday. We were able to get the 12 pm shuttle but it leaves after our check in time. Otherwise, the staff and service were great.
