Poor Amenities: No chair. No desk to use for my laptop. Bed Is low to the ground, TV didn't work right for a few hours but later on it did. Mini Ironing board is difficult to use, Not good. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes. Bad Valet Parking system. The place is nice but it is the attention to details that is lacking.

I did not like that I got charged a resort fee twice and tax after I all ready paid to stay there prior. No mention of the extra fees. Will not stay here ever again. Took a 5 star rating and got 1 because of this!

The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful our room could have been set up more efficiently. There was no dresser/drawers. No chair, the only place to sit was on the bed. No place on the property to warm food or beverage.

Marcos was great, fast check-in. The lobby very very clean as was the room. We came here on our 1 year anniversary and we couldn't be happier with our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Total experience, design, cleanliness, service oriented staff, everyone was happy and pleasant. One suggestion for the future is to install a pool heater for the roof top outdoor pool. It was great up there but pool temp was barely 70degrees. Otherwise great experience.

The feel of the lobby is highly Miami and swanky… the bed was really comfortable. It was nice to have a bottle of wine waiting. The rest- not so great. The club was LOUD and right outside our supposed to be romantic room. It was really expensive with $50 resort and $50 mandatory valet charge. There was no bell service so we had to lug our luggage outside of one building down a sidewalk to another and then upstairs.

Pros: Friendly staff CVS across the street Cons: Rooms are tiny with no dressers and a closet that’s a foot wide. Rooms were not carpeted. We slipped a few times on the slippery floor, it seemed dangerous. Extremely loud. I messaged them that one of the members of our party is pregnant and we’d like a room where it’s quiet. They never responded to my message and they put us on the 2nd floor on Collins Ave. There was loud music playing until 3am. Breakfast was mediocre - I don’t recommend paying for that. Laundry - the desk worker helped me fill out the laundry form, it was $39. When I got home and checked the invoice, they charged me $70.

I really enjoyed my stay. I am a single female and the hotel felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants onsite including a cute cafe for breakfast. Staff were all super nice . I like the room layout and the room amenities especially the body products. The hotel is beautiful. It's an adult only hotel which I appreciated . Great location one street away from the beach. Finally I am Expedia gold so enjoyed the free bottle of wine and the $50 f&b credit

Castro was awesome and got us in a room early after a long flight. Totally disappointed in the hotel. Hotel really looks like a converted motel with drapes from the 70s and a 1 inch gap in the door. It was extremely loud. Not sure why it has a 4.8 rating except for great location.
