Lobby and pool area was very very nice. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee and wine at certain times of the day. Several blocks from the beach but easy walk to beach and also to the point. Would stay here again but would request a room on a higher floor. We were at ground level and was a little worried about the people walking by our room (patio door) all night on a busy street.

Front desk has no communication w cleaning

We came many hours early for my birthday and every few hours we asked about our premiere room and still had to wait and no one could tell us a time so we had to take a low floor in order to make our birthday reservation.

This was my second stay, but I will stay somewhere else next time. I found the front desk staff seemed uninterested and not very professional. In just a year, the standard had dropped considerably. Good location, but I'll try somewhere else for comparison.

Don't Expect Early Check-In

The room and restaurant were excellent. The person working the pool area on Sunday morning was also very polite and helpful. The location is great. The only drawback is not having a room ready just a bit before check-in when their check-in time is so late. We were checking in on a Saturday and while we were fully aware that check-in was at 4p, it seemed unlikely we'd literally have to wait until 4:00. But we did have to. And they didn't tell us the room was ready. We had to keep checking back. We hoped we'd get to check in then go to the beach, but we ended up going to eat, hanging a bit, and finally changing into beachwear in the bathroom downstairs while they held our luggage.

Rooftop pool near the beach

Very nice roof too pool, close to the beach. Pool towels need refresh, pretty threadbare. Food at the pool was very good- salmon eggs Benedict, Mediterranean food, etc.
