The staff is friendly, the location is perfect. The roof top bar and restaurant is really nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The rooms are pretty small but still nice and cozy the only thing i didn't like was the bed it was too hard for me i didn't get any sleep in the bed.

My favorite part of the room. So cool seeing a rotary phone in this age of technology.

The room was a bit small. Not enough room to walk between the wall n bed. No where to put 4 suitcases let alone 2 suitcases. Other then that, it was very hip and upbeat. Check in and check out was smooth and painless. The room was clean

Good location but rooms are too small. Too noisy- walls are thin you can hear everyone talking while passing by the room. Carpet in hallway is dirty. Hotel needs remodeling. Staff are attentive and friendly

We didn’t get the ocean view room that we reserved instead the staff gave us a room for hearing impaired/ handicapped room , the sink is next to a bed . The remote control has white sticky stuff with hair, gross! I took a pic. of it Nobody must have clean this room. Our stay here is a disappointment.

I stayed at the Moxy Miami South Beach for my solo birthday trip and had the BEST experience. The staff was unbelievably sweet—there was a beautiful Jamaican woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name!) who truly set the tone. I arrived at 9am hoping for early check-in, and she went above and beyond to get me into a room well before 4pm. Until then, I was able to lounge by the pool all morning, which was honestly perfect. The pool area is stunning—great energy, super clean, and such a vibe. My room was also perfect for a solo traveler: cozy, modern, and I loved the open hanging space instead of a traditional closet. It made everything feel easy and organized. The beach is literally a 2-minute walk, and the hotel gives you two complimentary beach chairs with your stay. Such a pleasant surprise and truly made my beach days effortless. Overall, such a warm, fun, convenient place to stay

Rooms are vert small but clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I loved that it was close to everything and I coukd walk to most places I wanted to visit. I would recommend this hotel but I dont think I would stay here again but that is because I really enjoy having a balcony whenever I travel to a place with warm weather.
