Good Value
Great location, good value, clean and the hotel did a good job with the room - decorations, couch, table. The staff was super cool and helpful. They have a big lounge area in the back nice chairs and tables where my wife got some work done. Only note is the hot water takes a while to get hot and the AC is a bit loud, but definitely recommend this place.

The property is old, three stories without elevator. A bit noisy. However, for its cost is well worth it. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Rooms are big enough and really nice.

The room was small, but efficiently furnished. Most importantly, it was clean. I did not find it noisy or disruptive as other guests have noted in their reviews. The entrance to the building and to room were convenient using a digital code, but be aware there is no elevator so carrying luggage may be problematic for some. It is a no frills experience and slightly expensive for what one gets, but not egregiously so. The most significant issue I had was the excessive softness of the mattress and pillows. It was very difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. The location is terrific and all things considered, I would recommend this apartment/hotel.

So we stayed on the first level which was great with our luggage, but the noise from the lobby was Horrendous. It didn't get quiet until 3am. Too bad too, nice place. there should be a door as you enter the hall on the first floor.
