I would not recommend this property. The room was so small we barely had room to put our luggage without tripping over it. 2 electrical outlets did not work. Could not have bedside lamp and clock plugged in at the same time and the outlet on the opposite side of the room did not work either

Hung up on 5 times when asking for a shuttle. Waited a long with 15 families hours for a room. NO ELEVATOR!!! NO FIRE SUPPRESSION IN THIS PLACE!! Bathroom was so small we had to step over the toilet to shut the door! Room was small and very old uncomfortable furniture. I would never recommend to anyone, Wyndham should be ashamed!

i got sick the night before our trip and had to be admitted into the hospital. we ended up not being able to go on our trip. ramada absolutely had no empathy to our plight and refused to refund our money for the night we booked into that hotel in miami. the staff on the phone was extremely rude to my wife and offered no remedy to our problem. it was basically "sorry about your luck".

Nasty Nasty! The lobby was so-so, the cushions on chairs were filthy. We Paid the extra $22.00 for early check in, got to our room and it was disgusting. Folded the bed spread down and looked at sheets, pube hair and a 12" black hair, dirty sheet. Desk had dried coffee that someone spilled on it, the floors felt like the had been rained on, so humid and smelled like a moldy basement. SO bad that we got up at 2:30 am because I could not breathe in the room so we packed up showered and went down to take the 5 am shuttle to the airport (our flight was at 10am) No elevators, had to drag our heavy luggage up 16 stairs, and back down. The bar/restaurant staff was rude as ever, 50 minutes no food (chicken quesadilla and chicken sandwich) so we walked out. $50 would be more than I would pay to stay there again!!!

Great service but needs some refurbishing

This is hotel was a good choice for a quick one night stay prior to a cruise. I arrived early from out of state, and was very fortunate that the front desk agent was able to find me a room available and check me in early for a small fee. The extended parking fee was also very reasonable, and we were able to shuttle from the hotel to the port and then pick up our vehicle once we returned from our cruise. The room was small, the carpet was worn and stained in some spots, and furniture and fuxtures could also use an update. However, the bed was comfortable and clean. Stores and restaurants are nearby, the pool area looked very clean and well maintained, and there were vending machines with snacks, drinks, and coffee available. There was no grand luxury here, but the visit was satisfactory and met my basic needs.

Close to the airport. Popular restaurant. We didn’t get to try it they were booked. There is a McDonalds next door. We went to the Pilot a short walk food was great. Room is comfortable and cozy.

Basic room, comfortable bed, nice walk-in shower, bathroom was clean but small. Living room rug was not clean and the rug itself was torn. The restaurant attached to this hotel was very convenient and food was good. However like many restaurants they are busy and not enough staff. Shuttle from the airport was an issue ended up taking a taxi. Shuttle to the cruise port is reasonable priced 12 pp.
