There was an ant issue in our 1st room. We had to take everything out of our room (farthest room 2nd floor) to go to the lobby to be sent back two rooms away. The key could have been brought to us. We then got in a room with a broken toilet. Very outdated needs updated.

Rooms very tight , washroom small couldn’t close the door until totally in , no elevator needed to drag our bags up and downstairs on our own and the rooms are dated. Also on a personal note no one I know likes square pillows woke up with such a sore neck.

All very good, including front desk staff who helped me enormously not only with check in but also with lost luggage, and most caring re cruise port transfer. Thank you except for a rather bored young lady at the breakfast buffet check-in, she could have been more welcoming & cheerful, but overall, full marks & I'd stay again! JM
