We stayed here for a layover until we caught the ship the next day. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. I enjoyed that there was a restaurant in the hotel and other food & shopping establishments close. The pool was very pretty during sunset. I will say the only negative was there was a damp carpet smell.

The shuttle service was aweful. I had to wait well over an hour outside terminal. Phoned the hotel and the female who answered was not very helpful at all. At check-in, the same female had an attitude. When I got to my room, all the trouser hangers were broken, safety pin on the floor and previous occupants hair in the bathroom! Air Con very noisey.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, so I can lay out my luggage without losing space in the room. The staff is friendly, and it’s easy to receive deliveries at the hotel. The location is very good and close to the airport. The hotel also has a good internet connection.
