The first rooms floor was pretty dirty. MY feet were black and I cleaned the floor and my feet twice. Our first rooms ac did not work either and we had to change rooms. Overall it was nice and clean but those two small things made the stay a little annoying. We weren’t accommodated for either things.

This is a very quiet location despite being by the airport. The front desk is courteous. One issue I encountered involved my vehicle. I have a permanent handicapped disabled veteran tag. I parked in the handicapped spot. One evening, the front desk called my room to ask if I had a handicapped placard (security did not see one). I advised that it's on my license plate and is permanent. I'm guessing the handicapped display laws vary from state to state. Aside from this incident, I would definitely return to this property.

The security person with a beard had a retched odor from his body . Smelled like he wasnt cleaning his uniform. When i came off the elevators, his odor was next to the coffee stand. Thats where he paced back n forth.
