The location was close to the airport for my next day's travel. The shuttle service was late and inadequate for the number of clients. The drivers were unfriendly. The water outlet for the face basin did not work. The ad says breakfast is available, hence I thought it was included. I was told that available did not mean included. I thought this was deceptive.

The staff was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised on the quality of the hotel and rooms- but the food at the Pilot House!?!?! We’ve been eating well for our 2 week vacation but the food here was just as good! Husband said his meal was the best! (Mahi Mahi) We highly recommend this establishment.

Reception was lovely with the young lady letting us know all the important bits including the location of the water cooler and restaurant and what time she would complete her shift that night. She mad herself available in the event we needed anything.
