The hotel sucks, but the location is great. The towels that were given had stains. We booked a larger room (Accessible bedroom), but were given a smaller one. The room and bathroom are so small that it's hard to move. The location is good, though. Can walk to most places in South Beach, and this is the only reason we stayed here. But we checked out and moved into a nicer hotel because there is only so many days you can tolerate a shoebox.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. According to the hotel policy, housekeeping is supposed to be provided once every three days, but the promised service was not honored. I requested fresh towels from the front desk every morning, which was fully within the stated procedure. However, on the third day, our room was not cleaned. When I returned in the evening and asked the front desk about it, the staff replied, “Oh, that’s because you’re checking out tomorrow.” Regardless of the check-out date, the room should have been cleaned as scheduled. When I raised the issue again, the staff dismissed my concern and responded in a grumpy tone, “I’ll bring fresh towels to your room, is that okay?” This experience was extremely disappointing and demonstrates that the hotel fails to provide even basic services. I would caution other guests to take this into consideration before booking.

I typically give older properties a lot of grace, as minor inconveniences come with their charm. However, I was quite disappointed with the Kenmore. My reservation was for four nights, and not once did my room ever receive a visit from maid service. The on-site dining hours were inconsistent and misleading. Paper-thin walls and ceilings made getting to (or staying) sleep difficult as partygoers were coming in and out at all hours around me. My room's floor was sinking and felt dirty; I found several ants throughout my stay. I think for this price, I would've preferred to stay at an AirBnB.

The place is good. We especially liked the pool area. it was very relaxing to lounge in the cabanas poolside. Taking a star off because we felt the price is really high and the hotel pumps a strong air freshener scent throughout the hallways and it was annoying.
