It’s fine if you like to hear your neighbours in adjourning rooms via a paper thin door. No word of a lie, it is literally like they’re standing in your room with you, on appearance most rooms seem to be designed this way in our building which was Bel Aire, it really should be disclosed upon making a reservation imo.

1. Front desk staff inability to empathize as there was so much noise going on beside/over my head the 1st night. AT 3:30 AM, I was woken up. I asked to be moved, but fully booked. THEY DID NOT OFFER ME ANYTHING ELSE FOR MY INCONVENIENCE! THAT is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my 4th time staying here and as a loyal guest, I should have been treated better. I was ready to pack my things and go, but they would not refund me. I literally had to sleep with ear plugs and take sleeping aides to sleep. I was still awaken by loud closing doors! What I thought would be a rejuvenating trip, was a headache. The staff at the bar are thee sweetest and kindest people. When I asked for the manager, they said there was non there! How is there no manager in the WEEKENDS. I’m just severely disappointed in these workers. Also, it’s time to renovate and clean the curtains in the pool area! STAY ELSEWHERE! No matter how cheap the price is here.

Good for a cheaper option, but if you are looking for certain specific amenities, it may be worth spending a little more. For example, the pool was not heated, cleanings must be paid for, and the bar/breakfast is pretty pricey, but the rooftop and walking distance to anything in the area was great! Staying here depends on what you are willing to give up for the price, but it is a pretty good option for what's around.

I recently stayed at Sonder Hotel in Miami, and it was an overall great experience! Pros: Quiet & Relaxing – The hotel is in a peaceful area, perfect for unwinding. Friendly & Professional Staff – The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Easy Check-In & Check-Out – The process was smooth and hassle-free. Great Location – It’s ideal for those who love walking, with easy access to the beach, Ocean Drive, and shopping areas. Nice Pool Area – The pool space is aesthetically pleasing and a great place to relax. Cons: Pool Maintenance Could Be Better – While the pool itself is nice, it definitely needs a dedicated cleaning staff to keep it in top condition.

Nice hotel for our 1 night stand . It was very convenient for walking to the beach, food places , down the street to cvs , liquor store and the party scene. Didn’t have a need for uber other than to take us to the airport and to take us to Prime 112 that was only 11 minutes away . I will definitely stay here again . Quiet at night and relaxing in the day .
