My only complaint about this place is the same one voiced by others. Dance club racket until early AM...made worse by the fact that it's a continuous, repetitive, unchanging unending beat for hour after hour. Cool hotel. Good food. Very nice people. BRING EARPLUGS.

The staff were very nice and helped share good eats around the neighborhood. Everything is close by and great walking distance to the beach. This area has a fun old Miami vibe. We stayed at the Colony and it’s famous for the Tony Montana theme.

Get better showerheads and then you can actually wash your whole body with would be a recommendation of highly from somebody in the business and have a store open well I guess you guys got CVS so the CVS is awesome since it's 24 hours but it would be nice to have a store inside the hotel For guests and be able to build a room. Thank you. See you again. The staff was awesome. Give him a raise.

Historic Art Deco hotel in heart of South Beach facing the ocean. One night stay in March 2025. The hotel shows it's wear and tear. Clean and in heart of the action. Cool façade. An electrical circuit blew blew out while we were at dinner on Saturday night and knocked our the outlet where the the air conditioning and mini refrigerator was located. Maintenance could not locate circuit breaker and we spent night without AC. Limited staff and dining on premises.

I had a great stay at the colony hotel Monday after my cruise, the staff was very friendly. They accommodated me very well. We arrived a bit early due to getting off of our cruise ship at an early time and they were able to get us in a room before check in time thankfully! The colony had a very homey/ personal feeling or experience. Good deals at the restaurant in front of the hotel if you decide to dine there while staying here.
