Excellent hotel! The room was so clean and spacious and the service was amazing. Chris went out of his way to accommodate me and to make me feel at home. The Italian restaurant is also amazing with the best coffee I have ever tried and the food was so fresh. This is the place for me to return whenever I am in Miami as everything was perfect about this hotel- location, service, and level of hospitality!

The Link hotel lived up to all the top reviews. It’s in a great location in the Lincoln road mall area, is virtually soundproof and the interiors of the rooms are designed and built to stay in clean condition for a hot humid south Florida climate. The shower is very high end. The hotel lived up to the positive reviews I read. We stayed in a deluxe quad room that included aninterior room with no window(but a sky light) and a room that faced Lincoln road with a balcony. The balcony rooms facing Lincoln are definitely preferable to me, but all rooms are well designed and well built.

Overall clean, in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the shower was out of shampoo and conditioner. As the front desk service closes at 11, we showered too late to be able to ask.

Good service, but needs more TLC

Didn’t like that there was no front desk, but Nacho (his real name) was very helpful in arranging for me to get in since I was coming in past midnight. Condition was ok except for the only ice machine not working, and the curtains not being able to fully close. Also, I used there app to leave 2 messages but both went unanswered.

Perfect location for Convention Stay

New modern hotel in heart of Lincoln shops & restaurants. Minutes walk away from convention center. Very nice place to stay. Italian restaurant on 1st floor is amazing!

Traumhaft!!!

Das Zimmer und auch das Bad inkl. Dusche waren sehr geräumig und super sauber. Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft und das Personal extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem extrem geräuscharm. Beste Unterkunft die wir in Miami je hatten!
