Beautiful two bedroom two bath,spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen,located in condo resort hotel .It has 24/7 security ,valet service ,concierge to help the guests plan their trip in MIAMI ! The property is located on the famous Millionaires Row ,same road as the Fontaine Bleu , Eden Roc !
The resort has two pools upper deck and lower deck ,with a snack bar ,full beach and pool towel service .Enjoy the facilities of a hotel within the comfort of a home .Cook a healthy meal and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony with the views of the ocean and the bay .
The upper deck pool is ready. The guests now have the use of two pools. The upper deck and lower pool. The access is through the mezzanine level. GYM IS available to guests. Renovations are complete .
PARKING is only valet. 35 per day for week days , 40 per day for weekends and 175 weekly rate.Oversized vehicles is 50 for weekends and 45 for week days.
Beach service -It comes at a charge. It is an independent service at the beach.It is not free.
Pool side ,chairs and umbrellas are free , which are within the hotel premises .

Great room, older hotel

I enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment. There were no issues with our apartment. The hotel in which it is located had a funny smell and was a little run down. The pool towels were all stained.

We had a great time during our stay. Beautiful, clean apartment. Host was responsive, got us a pack n play for our son. Easy check in. Kids enjoyed the pool area. Would stay again!

Location was nice. Had plumbing issues entire stay (cold showers). Owner did send maintenence, but issue not resolved by check out. Only one set of elevators. Slow process to get to main lobby. Hallways were not cleaned entire stay. Valet was best service at place. Would not stay here again

Good Location for Miami Beach

I failed to read about the valet parking. We had a trailer with us. The valet service worked it out for us and were very helpful. We ended up parking at the public lot a building over the last couple days which saves money. Pool and hot tubs were great. Close to the beach with a great walk, run, bike trail behind hotel. Let like a safe area. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment. Washer/dryer is 1.50 a load through an app. It’s down the hall by the elevator. The elevators are small and at certain times are packed full and you wait a long time to get on. There are no wash cloths or dish towels. The “master” bedroom w/ king bed has double doors that open into the living room. They do not latch or seal with a larger then 1/4” gap that you can see through from top to bottom. For a couple this would be no problem but we had our young adult children with us. We did not have adequate privacy. Also the “master “ bedroom does not have a private bathroom

NEVER AGAIN

Hallway not vacuumed all week. The adult pool had bugs and some scum floating, never got cleaned in the 5 days we were there. The family pool either, the tiles are super dirty and the bottom was all sand! Construction on the next building where our balcony faced, not disclosed, noisy!! Bed squeaked every time we moved. Called the owner and no one ever came. Bar prices ridiculous!!

Great price, nice facilities.

Great price for two bedroom, two bathroom property. The pools and proximity to the beach is great. The apartment is well equipped. The renovation at the neighboring property was noisy at times and makes for not such a great view, so we didn’t use the patio area. We enjoyed our time in Miami Beach.

Girls Getaway

Nice and clean and spacious for me and my 2 adult daughters. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was perfect for our needs! Great home base for 3 action packed days. We rented the city bikes and road all the way to the end of south beach. Ubered to little Havana and and a couple sites in Miami one day and went to Ft. Lauderdale and did the water taxi one day. The outdoor reception area and hotel lobby is beautiful. We felt very safe and we did actually walk to a restaurant in a hotel about a half mile north. Communicated with the host was very clear and understandable. Thank you !!

Great place, luxury feel, and next to ocean

We wanted to pamper ourselves a little with this stay, and the place was great. Nice complex and building, the staff was very friendly, check in was easy (even at midnight). The unit had 2 bedrooms and an open and spacious feel. Two bathrooms which were well appointed. A quick ride down the elevator and out the doors put you in the pool area, which has two pools, two small hot tubs, plenty of space to lay out, and a tiki bar. You could also head right across the pool area and walk out on to the beach. Very nice. No real downsides, other than the fact that parking is pretty expensive per day, and that you need to drive or Uber to hit restaurants or grocery stores. This was fine for us as we needed to be out and around. The property owner was very quick to get back to us when we had questions. Overall, very nice stay and would stay again for the clean room, beach and pool facilities.

Outstanding Stay!

Just had an amazing stay here. The condo was well maintained, clean, updated and comfortable. Views were great. Cooked a meal for a large group in the kitchen, had everything we needed. Resort was wonderful with pool and beach access. The owners’s communication was excellent, never felt out of touch. Thanks!
