This hotel left a lot to be desired. Hotel is very minimal. No extra towels in room, no coffee machine or basics amenities most hotels have in the room. Room service did not service my room fully - left dirty towels on floor, dirty cups and only changed the sheets. Bar staff were not attentive. On multiple occasions I was only served after alerting them I was waiting, and having been sitting for an extended amount of time. I was unimpressed. Ok for the money but I wouldn’t return.

OK stay, couldn’t check in until 5pm, no apologies

We like to stay in YOTEL’s when we travel to various city centres so know what to expect from one. This one unfortunately let it down on arrival. We arrived at 4:45pm (check in was from 3pm), we were told the room wasn’t ready and we would have to wait 20 mins or so. There was no apology for this, just a matter-of-fact statement. Once we were able to get to our room we only had 2 towels provided (no hand towels, face towels etc). I know we could have asked but wanted to provided feedback for the hotel as we shouldn’t have to. Pool area and bar was nice with happy hour in the afternoon, bartender was friendly and made a lovely cocktail. Location was great with a 5 min walk to the busy marina area with restaurants. Parking in the adjacent ‘College Street Car Park’ multi storey was $15 USD for the night. Overall I would stay again for a night if the price was right.

We paid $464.08 CA for ONE night! We had no Kleenex, no face cloths, no hand towels and no coffee maker. Bed and pillows were comfortable and location is great

Modern chic hotel ... Is it too much?

Very techie hotel with lots of chic features. If your not into modern design, open floor plans, and minimal privacy in your room, this may be. A property to pass on. It is cool but you need to like this kind of stuff or it may be too much. Also, though the room process seems competitive, they charge you for everything ... Just because you have a coffee maker doesn't mean you have coffee ...that is $4 per pod/per cup for in room coffee. Has a wonderful pool area and bar, food was good and service was attentive.
