Hotel is located in a walkable area but subpar to other Kimptons and hotels in the area. The bathroom had mold and wasn't offered any VIP amenities per expedia as I was told I had.

One of the night stand power areas to plug in wasn’t working. Told the front desk and they fixed it quickly. The only issue is I had my car valeted and someone hit the passenger side door. Because it rained they could not get camera footage and had to escalate it to corporate. Management stated corporate would contact me in 48 hours.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the EPIC Hotel in Miami. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The hotel lives up to its name stylish, modern and with a real sense of luxury. The views over Biscayne Bay and the city skyline from the room were incredible. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, whether it was booking dinner or giving local recommendations. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and immaculately clean. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with a drink while soaking in the views. Great location too—easy walking distance to Brickell, the waterfront, and plenty of great bars and restaurants. A perfect mix of city energy and resort-style relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami for business or leisure.

Almost perfect!

The Kimpton definitely came with an air of excellency! I would have given 5 stars but there were some spots that looked similar to blood on the wall in my bathroom that were mentioned to our experience specialist that were never addressed even though we got turn down service. I understand its a huge hotel however cleanliness is of utmost importance our family with little children.
