Escape and relax with family and friends at this ideal property surrounded by mature landscaping. Only 15 minutes from all of the beaches and the hustle and bustle of the Newport shops and restaurants, this bright and sun filled home is here for your comfort and enjoyment. Keypad entrance, local guidebooks, high-speed internet & beach towels / chairs are included as well as an outdoor shower for when you return home after a day at the beach and shops. Take advantage of the butler's pantry to host family gatherings and celebrations, and relax with a drink on the deck within the spacious backyard.

This generous property is ideal for entertaining families or small groups with two refrigerators, outdoor seating / entertaining off of the dining room, and a full-sized recreation room in the basement. It’s all here to make this your home away from home - now it’s time to create some lasting memories!

In addition to the roomy, second floor primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, there are three further bedrooms with a full bathroom. Overflow space is located in the finished basement / recreation room along with a full bath and laundry room.

The maximum number of people in the house will not exceed ten at any time and will coincide with the numbers provided when booking. Should the renter not follow the maximum number of guest limit, $250 will be charged per person per night for every guest.

I agree to not wear shoes in the house so to protect the soft pinewood floors.

Please note that the upstairs balcony is not available.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30.

Booked guests, and anyone in their party, agree to use the property at their own risk, and will not hold the property owners or managers liable for any and all eventualities.

Wonderful stay! The house was very roomy with a great kitchen and all appliances were up to date and equipped with everything needed. A very nice fireplace and temperature of the home was consistent room to room. Bonus with a sauna! Overall it was immaculately clean, easy to find, near to Newport and comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend!

We were very happy with this property. We go every summer with our family to Newport and the location of this house was great and it was exactly what we needed. We had some problems using the code to open the door (user error I’m sure) and the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Friends Winter weekend get away.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Totally enjoyed this home, perfect for 4 couples. Exactly as listed. House was lovely, super comfortable, with a large beautiful kitchen and butler pantry with 2 refrigerators. It has lots of storage, great appliances and gathering space for eat-in or just socializing. Immaculately clean. Easy access to Newport but far enough away not to be caught in the traffic. Warm, beautiful, well managed home!

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week. When there was a communication error we contacted the host and they were extremely swift regarding communication and smoothing things over. A Family Get-Together Home

Totally enjoyed this home for a family wedding stay. Perfect for 9 of us. Exactly as listed. Perfect home for our wedding weekend!

We stayed in this beautiful home when my daughter was getting married in Newport. It was perfect for everyone, especially the bride. It is incredibly spacious, in a nice neighborhood and so clean and well equipped. Communication with Za was excellent and he even was kind enough to give us suggestions for rehearsal dinner. Traffic was a little crazy getting to Newport, but we expected that due to Newport Jazz Festival happening the same weekend. So grateful to be able to have this lovely home as our home base for our fabulous wedding weekend!

Great home and location!

Eight adults in town for a summer wedding. The home is really nice, away from the down town chaos ... but a quick 15 min drive. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room to spread out in the home, and great backyard for relaxing. Owner easy to communicate with. Completely as advertised. Would rent again!

Nice Weekend
