Brandon, at the front desk, was a true professional. Friendly, informative and checked all the boxes for our special requests on a sold out night. Hotel is freshly remodeled, super clean and a great option when visiting Newport. We will be back!

The room is spacious, clean, well maintained and cozy. Staff are friendly and courteous. Ambience is great if you like somewhere quiet and affordable yet just 10 min drive to nearby attractions. One of my pet peeves when checking into a hotel is the greeting at the front desk. Even though I like this hotel very much I suggest that the front desk be a bit friendlier when checking in. I picked this hotel for a reason and would continue to visit. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet and accommodating. It's in a great location, can drive into town very easily.

Such a pleasant surprise. We had a one night stop in Rhode Island and happened upon the Pell. It was beautifully renovated, clean, and had comfortable beds all for a great price. We would highly recommend it!
