Welcome to my Beautiful, Historic East Side 3 Bedroom Upper Flat! While this apartment features beautiful craftsmanship, it also features updated amenities to ensure a welcomed stay.

Located in the Upper East Side, one of the safest neighborhoods in Milwaukee, you will find ample space for an enjoyable stay. Highlights include both a front and rear balcony, a garage and slab off street parking spot, in unit laundry, jacuzzi tub, Keurig, smart TV’s in every room, and high speed Wifi.

The front spiral staircase leads to a storage area, which also contains an emergency exit for the third story apartment, in which the building manager resides. The door is locked at all times and the door is equipped with an alarm to give guests peace of mind regarding privacy and security.

This is such a neat old house. Staying on the second floor was so worth climbing up the stairs . There is now a microwave. Could use a small sauce pan. Loved it!!
