Unfortunately our stay was not one to where we would come back. The pool and hot tub were down for the weekend, the room was not fully cleaned- but due to short staff. The one positive thing I will say is the lady on night shift was so understanding and her hospitality was great!

Positive: Room was clean and comfortable. Room temperature was easy to control. Conveniently located off the interstate. Staff were helpful and attentive. Rooms were also well insulated from sound, had no issues with noise at all. Not so positive: hot water wasn't working, had to take a cool shower. Temperature in the hotel outside of the room was too warm. Temperature in the IHOP/Applebee's, which was attached to the hotel, was also extremely warm, uncomfortably so. Pool was unusable due to maintenance, though no one was working on it when we were there.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in every way. What truly made our experience special, though, was the incredible staff. Every person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Kristen, who went above and beyond with her kindness and exceptional service. She upgraded our room, was always friendly and helpful, and even surprised us with brownie ice cream after we had a disappointing experience at a nearby restaurant. This hotel is easy to get to with plenty of shopping, gas stations, coffee shops, and more close by. Staff is very pleasant and very clean!

The hotel pool area smelled like weed, the bed was hard as a rock. There was hair in the shower and the remote was dead for the Tv.

My "pool view" room (that I didn't request) actually just looked out on a hallway. I wouldn't recommend rooms over there because the atrium over the pool made the whole area very humid. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I really wish could have been shared with me at booking. The stairs by my room were not marked at all, and only opened to the outside, with no way to enter and use them from the first floor.
