The hotel was very clean. Was disappointed that the pool was out of order, but the exceptional front desk customer service made up for it. Clean hallways, elevator, and room. We got a 20% off coupon for ihop and that was amazing as well!

Poor customer service

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower had some questionable dark spots. No one at the front desk was helpful except for 1 person, tried calling the front desk a few times to ask about towels and no one answered, the last day at check out the person was on their phone and didnt have any interest in helping me check out. Pool was also under maintenance when we got there with no warning so that was also unfortunate. Overall staff could do a little better on customer service.

TV was broken. Took 5 trips to front desk and 13 hours for them to finally replace it. After they informed me I would be moved to a different room. Stayed in room with replaced TV. Shower water was luke warm. Never vacuumed, or disinfected or changed sheets in my 2 week stay. Eco friendly or not, that's just gross. Pool was closed, should have listed it on their website that it was down for maintenance.

Horrible!!!

Absolutely horrible! We came to visit family and all we got was the runaround from the minute we checked in. We received a different room that we didn’t ask for. We were also told that that location did not have a continental breakfast and the pool and hot tub were not in service for a month. They were in the process of remodeling because they were a best western at the time. I have three separate different charges on my credit cards and the young women who work at the desk talk over you and don’t want to hear what you have to say. Worst hotel ever! Don’t waste your money. They are horrible. The halls were dirty and the front desk claims it was a $400 a night room. Not worth $150 even. Never again. Stay elsewhere.

When I booked the room on line it said free breakfast. Then when I got there and they said I get 20 percent off at the attaching IHOP instead of the free breakfast. No where on line did it say that. Then the air conditioner only worked a little. The room was warm and stuffy. Room 313. There were no directions on how to get ahold of the front desk On the phone. I pressed the button for the front desk and that did not work. There were no ice or soda machines on our floor. There was some I saw behind the check in desk. Which was a long way from our room. But was not told this. The pool and hot tube were shut down for service. I was not told that when I booked. The TV had so many missing channels and no guide except on the TV and those channels did not match the guide. Then when I checked in the bill I signed up for did not match the rate I booked in. They said I would get a rebate. After I checked out. I also did not get any email correspondence from them. So many things were bad. This is not the standard of a Holliday Inn.

Staff was rude, they dont even have coffee. Never have I been told I need to wait until 4pm on the dot to check in. I arrived at 3:30PM. the desk person was vcery rude and short in her answers I have been sleeping in hotels for 40 years for work.. this was a place I will never come back to or recommend

Very run down hotel for a Holiday Inn. Ripped chairs all over lobby and hallways. Only one elevator. Pool out of service. Only one ice machine that gave out watery ice. Felt very dirty. We won’t be back

Do not recommend

Check in is slow. Called the front desk when we arrived. No one answered. Our remote didn’t work and we went down to the front desk. She took it to the back and brought back the same remote with the same batteries. The pool was closed and we didn’t know until we arrived. It’s loud on the first floor. The rooms were not cleaned well.
