I stayed in room 515. I stay at the Embassy anytime I’m in town.The staff is always friendly and lobby always clean and peaceful. However, I stayed there last month in the same exact room and the fridge didn’t work. Maintenance came replaced it within 20/30 minutes, the food we had sat out while this was going on and while it had to get cool we ended up throwing it away.
Then I come back this month and stay in room 515 again went into the bathroom hair was all over the toilet and the toilet didn’t flush. I found housekeeping and the came and cleaned it instantly. Then I went down to the front desk and the sent maintenance up instantly. It was a busy night I understand however, I was disappointed when I saw all the hair all over the toilet makes me think what else wasn’t cleaned as it was very visible from the door of the bathroom. I took a video and showed it to the front desk. However, this will NOT stop me from booking a room next time I’m in town but I think the rooms need to be checked throughly. And by the way the toilet in room 515 even though maintenance came and fixed the issue you still have to hold the handle down for the toilet to actually flush.
