Was discriminated against. Was harassed most of the night. No customer service terrible room. My deposit was taken for no reason due to my race. Was lied to and had the police called to put me out.

We have previously stayed at this property and so we thought we would stay a 3rd time around, we were displeased with the stay this 3rd time. The other 2 times we had stayed we were on the first floor and had no complaints. The room that we had this time was on the 3rd floor, the carpet had stains on it, the bathroom soap dispensers in the shower did not have soap in them when we went to shower, and the toilet in the bathroom does not work properly. The room itself was a great room at an even better value but these things made the stay not worth it. The breakfast was also lackluster, they typically have a great selection of hot food items but this time they had bacon that was extremely crispy and eggs.

When we checked into the hotel, we noticed that a light overhead, a big mirror and like a desk area was not working, and I mentioned it that evening to someone. And then when we went to use the shower, there was hair all over the shower floor, which doesn’t look like it was cleaned very well, and there was mold on the edges of the shower corners. And then we had no soap and shampoo in our dispensers in the shower, and I informed someone of that the next morning and no one ever came and filled it or even got back to us on anything. And when we went to check out, my wife informed the Person which is I believe the manager on duty of the issues and they did not seem to care much about it at all.

The blow dryer was missing! When I asked for one I was told there was one in every room.I was then given another that would work for 2 min and then shut off because it over heated! We left to go to an event and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor when we came back that wasn’t there earlier. It made me uneasy that possible someone was in the room while we were gone! Also no ice machine. I had to ask for ice from behind the front desk.

Bathroom needs some work

Toilet in the room took forever to fill the tank. Almost 20 minutes. Had to call up the front desk 3 times as you cant have 5 people in a room without the bathroom working correctly

The rooms really needed to be cleaned, especially the bathroom. Hair not only on the floor, but the shower walls as well. Toilets had issues flushing each time. Carpeting was dirty, found tinsel in the floor. I enjoy the hotel, especially because of the space in the room, and the pool. This stay was disappointing.
