It advertised having a swimming pool but none existed. When we arrived there were very few cars in the parking lot and very few guests. I traveled with a friend who walks with a cane at a slow pace. We are both senior citizens. Our room could not have been farther from the check in. We were offered a chance to park closer to the room however we would need to go up a flight of stairs not possible with luggage. When this was questioned we were told their were no closer rooms available. One apple spoils the whole bunch. Except for the person checking us in, the staff was very nice. Our room was actually in a separate building joined by hallways.

This hotel was outstanding — the location near the airport couldn’t be better. The shuttle service is convenient, and if you prefer to walk, it’s just a short and easy distance from the terminal. What truly stood out was the customer service — every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent service across the board. The cleanliness of the entire property was also exceptional, from the lobby to the rooms — clearly very well maintained. Although breakfast has set hours, they thoughtfully provide fresh coffee early for guests catching the shuttle before breakfast time, which is a great detail. I stayed here twice on this trip, and I’ll absolutely stay here again on all future visits to Milwaukee.

The service there was amazing. We checked in late after a concert while in Milwaukee and we’re greeted with hospitality. The room was immaculate as was the property. This brand of hotel isn’t amazing like this where I live, but it was superb and exceeded my expectations. Five stars all the way!
