The night I was there it was very loud. Laundry was broken, ice machine was broken on the first floor. When things are broken and can’t use and you stay there for weeks at a time they don’t give you a discount on your stay.

Staff was wonderful. Room had ducktape holding one of the artworks together, mold or mildew in the bathroom tub and sink seels. Heater would work and then start blowing cold air. We stayed on the coldest days of the year.

No variety in breakfast. No fruit . We stayed in a handicap accessible room with adjoining room. Unfortunately the connecting door allowed us to hear everything . Loud tv late,early riser alarm not turned off for 10 minutes until we pounded on adjoins door The handicap bathroom showed little attention to detail. No hook to hang clothes. Small sink with no shelf or vanity to put one’s toiletries. Other rooms were larger with a shelf outside bathroom. We were there for 12 nites so really made a difference. Staff was great!
