The room was large and comfortable! We were on the 15th floor with beautiful views of the golf course and hilly background. Will definitely be back! Came for a wedding off location so didn’t get to check out the casino. Food was great at the cafe and the new sports bar, crazy large TVs! A must see!

We didn’t have any control of the heating and cooling unit. Room was super cold with the unit on and in the 50’s when it was turned off. Had to sleep with extra clothes on and blankets. Asked for a different room and was told that there were none available and that the heating and cooling problems were in all of the rooms in that tower. At checkout we were told that the problem had been going on for over a week. We asked for room discount and since we paid with Expedia we could not get any. The only thing that they offered that we could use was a $50 food credit. At 10:30 AM there was only 1 restaurant open so we quickly ate there before we hit the road. Room also was concerning because there was lots of foreign hair in bathroom and bedroom areas. I was still removing hair from my socks when I got home. Seemed to be lot of deferred maintenance. Smoking area too close to building.

Bring Your Flannel PJ's!

Everything was great except for the fact that our room was FREEZING COLD! My husband owns an HVAC company so he tried adjusting the thermostat but it was not working and he could not turn off the fan, which continued to blow cold air. I called the front desk to see if someone could fix it and was told it was a known problem and the best they could offer was a blanket. I mentioned it again when we checked out but the hotel rep just said the same thing... that it was a known problem.

If you are going to a concert, stay somewhere else- not here. What a huge hassle & stress just getting checked in before an early 6pm concert. If you’ve never been here before, be prepared to cover a lot of ground just finding parking. You definitely feel lost. No one told us to go to the 6th floor for rooms that start with 10, either. More wandering. We got 2 king bed rooms reserved, but one was 2 Queens. They did not tell us when you ask for a conjoined room, they do not have kings in both rooms. Had they told us, the 4 of us would have booked separate rooms. Staff at check in were not helpful, until we met Damian (after the 4th time in line) who explained why we didn’t get 2 king beds. The Housekeeper cleaning the other room while we waited in the room adjoining, was very nice & we tipped her well. She said it was the first and only tip out of the entire day; she did at least 14 rooms. The front desk was supposed to call us when that room was ready, but did not. The manager, Elizabeth, did not return my call. Since we missed any opportunity to dine before the concert, we went to the Hop House bar after the concert, & ordered boneless chicken wings with BBQ sauce & slam dunk potatoes. No kidding, we got chicken nuggets and honey on the side. The potatoes were the kind you get on the side of the omelet at breakfast, with a little sauce drizzled on top. Very disappointing. Won’t eat or stay here again.
