Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living space with hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Central heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round, while high-speed WiFi makes it easy to stay connected.

The bedrooms and bath are upstairs. A full size sleeper sofa on the main floor provides additional sleeping for a 5th adult or 2 children allowing the home to comfortably host families, friends, business travelers, or small groups. We welcome pets that are not allowed on furniture and kenneled when left alone for a $25 per pet, per day fee. If you have more than 1 pet, notify us upon booking to arrange payment for the other pets. The Vrbo system only accounts for 1.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The dryer is a compact electric model (the largest size that fits down the staircase), so loads are smaller and drying times are longer than with a standard dryer. The laundry is located in the home's unfinished basement, accessed by an older staircase with somewhat steep and uneven steps. Please use caution, as it may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
Like many older Minneapolis homes, the basement is unfinished and may experience occasional moisture during periods of heavy rain. This does not affect the operation of the washer and dryer, but the basement is a utility space rather than a finished living area.

Extended stays of 21+ nights or longer may be available, and guests staying longer-term may be elegible for long-term stay pricing.

This is a private, non-shared home. Guests have exclusive access to all living spaces, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and driveway parking during their stay.

All guests must be registered by name and pets paid for prior to arrival. Additional guests and pets are not permitted on the property unless you obtain prior written approval. There is a security camera on the exterior of the house that recording motion 24/7. If something doesn't align with the booking or there is a security issue, we will contact you.
