First visit here. Great location in vibrant part of town. Great front desk lady who checked us in to room 423. Superfast elevator. Beautiful room. My only negative is the carpet being stained. Hotels just need to do away with carpet. The king bed was magical. The most comfortable king bed I ever slept on. Restaurant is next level amazing. Everyone was great. Hello to Carlos! Food excellence. Parking easy in ramp. Water pressure great in bathroom. Noise not an issue, slept like a baby. Would stay here again for sure.

Bed is comfort and room is spacious. I can hear the neighbors talking all night long through the door and wall which is lack of privacy. The surroundings around the hotel is a little weird with some homelessness.

Every time we are heading to a concert we stay here. The rooms are nice and clean (for the most part, bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it was fine). Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Rooms are quiet. The desk staff are AMAZING! Super kind, courteous, made a little small talk and efficient!! Hotel restaurant was good. Parking was a little pricey, but so worth it to be able to walk 3 blocks and not have to worry about driving to and from the concert.

The staff and people were very kind and tried to accommodate. The beds were not good, I had to change rooms, the sheets I had to request to be changed once the rooms changed. The room was very hot and the staff had to come up and bring a fan. They gave me 2 free drink tickets to make up for this.

Last stay ever at The hotel

I encountered the rudest checkin person ever in all my travels. It was so bad I had to ask a manager to check me in. The front desk continued to snark and laugh while they could not find the room I reserved. As they checked me in to a lower valued room then I reserved without telling me, the front desk person started to yell obscenely at my wife and I as we walked to the elevator. The manager did little to stop the issue while we were present but assured us later it was handled. He witnessed the entire conversation and agreed it was out of line and should not have happened yet didn’t intervene until I asked if someone else could check us in and help. Two days later she is back at the front desk.

Great location

The room was very comfortable especially the bed! Lobby furniture was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Staff was fantastic!
