Hotel is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The only complaint is charging for parking for an overnight stay. This is not downtown with limited space. A large outdoor parking lot in the suburbs should not charge extra for this. I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I expected more as I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express' previously. They were 4 star and this hotel was 2 star. The upkeep of the rooms was subpar, the blind on the window was ripped, the shower had mildew stains. It made me question the cleanliness of the floor and bed linens.

Decorating scheme was awful, no home atmosphere at all, totally businesslike Hidden fees for parking There should be no fee to park when staying there Charged $100 for incidentals but u get it back later but it was never mentioned at check in Cheap crappy toilet paper Nice hotel overall but need to remember most people are 50-90 years old so there’s way too much tech stuff for that generation, know your audience!
