Property is in a nice woody environment, close to nature. However room can be quite cold during this time. There's only 1 small heater, while e fireplace cannot warm up e unit fast enough. Water heater is not fast enough to warm up water.

Best accommodation in the Big Sur area. Cottage was clean, the restaurant food and the service by Erin was excellent. Conveniently located near the trailheads of Buzzards Roost and Valley View/Pfieffer Falls Trails. Strongly recommend this accommodation option in the Big Sur area.

easy access to the park

I wasn't very happy with the condition for the price I paid, but my partner who lived in CA said this place is very resonable. It is nice and cozy. Staffs were very friendly. I wished I booked the place with kitchen. There was not many option for dining, and it was very expensive. I will prepare better next time.

Very quiet at night. Great place if you’re looking to get off the grid for a while. I was traveling with another couple with one vehicle and asked for cottages next to each other, which they did confirm the day before. Bit when checking in we weren’t together and they couldn’t do anything to fix it. And didn’t seem to care either
