Service desk was cordial Room was made, but black out curtains let in substantial light, tv reception was snowy on every channel, and zoomed in with no menu to fix anything. Shower was draining slow with a low threshold of "Hot"

My stay did not turn out very well as someone busted the window on my Jeep and went through all my belongings. Hotel staff was helpful after the incident.

The property was not what was advertised online. The online photos were taken of the outside at night and had lights shining bright on the building. In person it's just a plain white building that could use a coat of fresh paint, both inside and out. The room was clean enough. Very hard bed, linens were soft and clean. Could use more towels in the room. The room was much smaller than the pictures showed, it served it's purpose, but in our party many people felt the same way. We parked our truck right in front of our room and during the night the window was broken. Nothing stolen because it was all inside the room with us, but five other people in our party all got their windows broken as well. The good news is the police were punctual and arrived in ten minutes at 5am and the officer was very thorough in watching the camera video, talking to all of the guests who had vandalism as well and answering all questions. Front desk manager was very helpful and apologetic for the incident and even came outside and swept up all the glass from each vehicle. I was expecting something more luxurious and larger than what we had, but overall stay was good.

Nice Location, our room was clean. Wish they had a continental breakfast like they used to. Rooms are being updated. The park and beach across the street is a nice area to spent the day. It’s nice that you can walk up 3 blocks and you’re in downtown Pacific Grove. Many restaurants and a nice coffee shop!

I loved that this hotel was only a short walk to the beach. The staff was so friendly and the views were beautiful. I also loved that the cafe that was only a 5 minute walk from our room.
