Something happened there was 10 police cars on the property and not allowing to go inside, called hotel for check in and they told you stay outside till police finish their investigation and after that can call and come for check in. After 3 hrs around 7 again called to check and investigation was still going so asked for refund,

We had a good stay here, easy to get to via public transit, close to many amenities. The front desk is separate from the suites/motel part itself, but the room was lovely.

The hallway and the room itself smelled so bad like sewage. The lights kept flickering. And the whirlpool kept going off on its own every 10ish minutes when we were trying to sleep. We asked if we could switch rooms and they were “all booked up” and they will have someone “look at it in the morning” but the whirlpool was so so loud and scary going off every 10ish minutes we begged for a different room which they did end up agreeing to.
