Our room near the pool was very neat and tidy, mirrors were spotless, recently renovated! Ice machine in the hallway. Didn't use the pool but it was available. Great value for the price!

Venue needs major investment. The pool area does not reflect the photos. Another guest and daughter pointed out to us to watch out for leaky roof above pool leaking into the pool. And the leaky entrance door to slippery pool area. Room was super hot as did not want to run aircon due to unit being old and filthy inside. Had concerns about water supply due to age and condition of the building. Was cheap but hotel badly needs investment.

Needs lots of updates, especially in the hot tub area. Room was snug. Bathroom had updates. Tv was challenging to maneuver. Comfortable queen size bed.

I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was clean, and the pool was great. We had a poolside room and the only downside was the humidity but with the air conditioner on, it was comfortable and cool. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but we managed. I stayed with my 5 year old and we had a blast! He asked if we could go back again next time!

The pool water looked cloudy and unclean. Staff was friendly and helpful, though often not at the desk and needed to be called. The room came equipped with a loud air conditioning unit; but the moment it was turned off the temperature in the room rose significantly as a result of the adjoining Pool Room being so, very hot.

This is by far the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have EVER seen. I noped out as soon as I opened the door to the room and opted to continue driving instead, despite being tired. It was a non refundable room but I'm hoping Expedia will consider reimbursement. I have photos showing how this place should be condemned.
