Seriously in need of updating

Huge hole in the wall by back sliding glass door. Not one towel hook in the place was attached to the wall. Moldy food ground in to the couch. Owners board rude and not helpful. Family had multiple units rented and all had the same issue. Stove grates would not sit level so all pots and pans would not sit level. One thing… we met a you g lady but we did not get her name we can only say she was Jackie’s daughter. She was a really nice young lady and we were pleased with her attitude and friendliness and were ok with the property until the “board” would not extend our stay even though BRBO showed availability. Puts a bad taste in your mouth.

Nice location

Our stay was nice and the property was fine. At check in, however, the man at the desk couldn't find our reservation. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to call him back to confirm. Apparently, the desk responsible for check in does not have access to any of the online records, only a printed out spreadsheet that he said someone made weekly from a handwritten list. That was baffling. Eventually it worked out. The house was fine. The location was beautiful. The spa was really really nice. The fitness center was great. It was really convenient to get to the lake and good restaurants. The house was clean. The club house and pool were nice too. The only other thing was that they could have been a little more generous with supplies-- one trash bag, one extra toilet paper roll, and one dishwasher pod for a week seems a little stingy. Like, come on, you can give out an extra $3 in supplies over a week to make the stay nicer. Overall, however, I would recommend it with the caviar to call ahead to the front desk verify check in before you arrive.
