Best Western - accommodation in Morwell

I had an extremely disappointing stay from start to finish. After the first room clean, all of my towels were removed and not replaced. When I went to reception to ask for fresh ones, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking for a basic necessity. The bathrooms are absolutely atrocious, poorly maintained, unhygienic and well below any acceptable standard. To make matters worse, the TV in the room didn’t work at all, which just added to the frustration. On top of that, the walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything. For two nights in a row, right around midnight, it sounded like a freight train was running straight through the room. Whether it was plumbing, machinery, or something else, it made it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
