Latrobe City accommodation from NZ$124

We stayed in room 22 and it was immaculate! There were no issues with the room or the staff, everything was top notch! If anyone needs a motel recommendation, I highly recommend Bridges on Argyle… 100/10!

It’s a nice motel, very conveniently located and has all the necessary amenities.

The check-in procedure was excellent, with the key being held in a secure 'hole in the wall' that was released when a credit card was swiped for the $100 refundable deposit. The lady I spoke to about my booking was very polite, accommodating in her phone manner and was very helpful. I initially stayed 2 nights, but after I checked out I decided to stay one more night. I rang reception and was told the room I had the previous 2 nights would be held for me. I was disappointed that the only 'servicing' of the room was that fresh towels were provided; the bins were still full, a used coffee cup was still on a bench and no cleaning had been done. My main negative observation was how dated the room was. The carpet was worn and the bathroom was badly in need of updating. On the positive side, the room was quiet and peaceful, the shower was excellent, with heaps of water pressure and it was easy to stream YouTube to the TV. The tariff was very reasonable and the quality of the room was inline with my expectations for the cost.
