Clean room! The area around is not the best to stay in but you are walking distance to the train station so that was very helpful! You are close enough to walk to where everything is. I would recommend just be careful when you leave the hotel!

Hotel itself is nice, pretty close to American hotels. The day-time staff at the desk were not welcoming at all, was annoyed with the questions we asked about how to get to a place we wanted to go. The two overnight staff we interacted with were very nice. We did luck out with the end of the hallway room which is bigger and quieter. Biggest problem is the area is not nice at all - the streets were littered with alcohol bottles and other trash and the two strip clubs between hotel and train station had people outside them at all hours. We saw those reviews but figured since we'd be walking by early in the night, it'd be fine, but no matter the time, 2pm, 7pm, 4am, there were people out there. Wouldn't recommend for women traveling solo.

I enjoyed my stay here except for the shower. The water leaked under the shower door so we had to use towels to block the water from flooding the floor outside the shower. Too much space under the shower door. All else was great. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was grand, staff very friendly and attentive, breakfast was great, the only negative had nothing to do with the the hotel, it just wasn’t the greatest of neighbourhoods

It was a hot summer day, Air-conditioning was not working in the room. Informed staff but they said that they can not do anything. They suggested to open windows, but it didn't help. Instead a lot of noise was added to the discomfort. We also asked for a fan but hotel staff front desk manager said they didn't have fans. He added, complaints have been submitted to hotel management to get things fixed, but hotel management is not taking actions. On top, elevator button on our floor was not working. Terrible experience, will NOT recommend this hotel
