Good hotel - just needs better cleaning.

We really liked how our room was set up. Enough space for 2 with a king size bed with comfortable mattress and nice beddings. A long desk and 2 chairs were nice for lounging. The bathroom is spacious with a good amount of counter space, and a make-up mirror. Good AC kept the room cool when it was warm outside. And an extra point for spacious closet with big shelves. What was not good was that the room was so dusty. It wasn't obvious when we first arrived, but with the sun light during the day, you could see dust all over the night stands, desk area. Even the shelves inside closet didn't look like they were wiped in months. Every time we walked on barefoot or with socks, our feet picked up so much stuff. That was terrible. We had housekeeping once, and they did not wipe anything clean. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the Hauptbahnhof. Not terrible, but not peaceful street.

Great surprise!

We loved this hotel! We were greeted with an incredibly friendly check in, the breakfast was amazing as well as the staff we felt just like family. Our room was pleasant and the coffee was great. If we come back, we definitely would stay here again! Also, you can’t beat the location!

The hotel is nice and convenient. However the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. THe pillowcase smelt like another person on my first night and I had to ask for clean linen. The mouthwash bottle was half used. Housekeeping entered the room twice before checkout time. A good and affordable hotel but it needs to lift its service.

Hotel is not in a good area of the city. No laundry service as advertised. Room air conditioning/hearing did not work. Breakfast buffet was good but pricey. Unfriendly front desk staff (all three people we encountered). Overhyped. I’d stay at the Marriott next time.
