Hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the area was safe. Easy public transportation directly across the street to get to Oktoberfest and other areas around Munich.

It was a great location for Oktoberfest, and the taxi's were quick and easy to access. The front desk was amazing. I know these are american nuiances but an easier access to ice would be great and maybe a handwash or sanitzer in the washroom.

We stayed at NYX for three nights. Couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options. The restaurant which was described as "just burgers" was really good. Loads of choice including a whole page each for vegans and vegetarians. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. The decor in the whole hotel felt very cool and trendy. A great value option for visiting Munich.

Very nice and modern hotel

The NYX in Munich was excellent. Very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a little out of the city but with an underground station close by it wasn’t difficult to travel there.

Unhelpfull staff

No common microave for guest. When i ask the restaurant if we can reheat our packed rice she said they are not allowed to do so! Really ?even for just 2 minutes! We stayed with alot of hotels and this is the first we encountered unhelpful staff!
