We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Our room was clean, good bathroom, comfy beds, nice pillows. Staff was wonderful, location - just the best. Breakfast was ok.
The only thing that needed fixing is the light, bed lights would be great to have (but we used TV with no sound for that). Also, there was only one chair in a twin room - please add another one, if only a small one that fits under the table.
Overall we were really pleased with the service and with our stay overall. We will stay at LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong again.
