Close to the Airport. Food was fantastic. Staff amazing. Good bars with different options. Swim up bar was the best and being able to book drinks and food to our room worked well for us. Great spot to go if you just want to relax in a great location with good pools and drinks.

Crown is just a typical western style hotel that caters manly for family’s. Staff are very helpful & very friendly. Both days we arrived back at our room at approximately 3pm & it had not been serviced not good when we had to shower & go out again ,rang reception 15minutes later housekeeping came & we had to sit on the balcony whilst she serviced the room. The sheets are not of very good quality very rough & piling also the face clothes are not the usual IHG standard.

When we arrived at 9pm and entered the pool access twin room, the beds were half made with bedding folded up on desk. Toilet seat was up and urine on the toilet. We called housekeeping and they sorted it quickly and were very apologetic. Room was renovated, but when you look around so many small things in the room unfinished/unpainted. After the first room service, housekeeping left one towel in the bathroom for 2 Adults/ 2 Children. Walking around without shoes in the room showed just how dirty the floors are. We booked and stayed just for 2 nights at Nadi before going to another smaller island. Service around the property was excellent. Everything else with the resort was stunning. Food at the Italian restaurant was excellent. Pool was great for kids (and adults). Breakfast buffet was somewhat average and the selection of food was not comprehensive compared to other Fiji hotels. Our egg order never arrived at our table. Despite the stay being far from perfect for us, we would stay again, it appears we were just unlucky on this stay with the issues experienced and the hotel renovations overall are really looking great and I am sure housekeeping will improve over time.

Great stay, very good clean room and bathroom. Nice big pool. The beach is not for seimming so dont expect crystal clear water like other parts of Fiji. Would def stay again for our last night if a trip as close to airport aswell

Our resort stay at Crowne was fabulous, staff were beyond helpful always happy and accommodating. Especially Semi at the pool bar hardworking, great cocktails. Service with a smile. Tox and Team at Harvest service 5 star. Housekeeping everyday room tidied and made beautiful by our Andretta. Outstanding furnishings in the restaurants and pool area, very relaxing and comfortable. The beach club was my favourite area. Thank you Crowne.!!!

Crowne Plaza is an awesome resort, staff are wonderful, so friendly. The only gripe we had is that the food is expensive in the Crowne Plaza, with most prices higher than what we pay in Australia. As there is very limited food around the resort as it’s isolated, sometimes you have no choice but to eat in the resort.

Great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would for sure come back here again. The only con I would say is there is no shade area in the pool. That would be the only improvement I would suggest.

The resort was lovely all around. From the variety of pools available the entertainment, which was slightly different daily and the beautiful staff and friendly faces. The breakfast buffet was a magical way to start the day. We would totally recommend staying at Crown Laza

A relaxing place. Cannot fault the friendliness of the staff there. Easy to talk to and great service in the dining, front desk and bar. The outside area was immaculate but I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet. I doubt if they were cleaned for a week that I was there. Breakfast was average when compared to other similar resorts. Authentic food is better. Loved the chillie chicken. Dining was expensive and not to standard.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at overseas, clean, staff at all facilities, from the concierge, to reception, at restaurants & the room service staff, were super friendly & helpful. The Pools were always clean, walking distance to the beach. The buffet breakfast was delicious & so many options. Highly recommend this place to anyone going to Nadi.
