Jessie from the kids club is an asset to the hotel, all the boys who run the daily water aerobics program and childrens club provide fantastic energy and entertainment for all guests!!!! We had a fab time and really enjoyed this luxury resort. The pool was amazing, great vibe, clean, safe and very friendly. Did their best to cater for my GF requirements so top service and the pool exercises daily were good fun with the activity team - thank you.

5 star luxury at affordable prices, great service and friendly staff; we were extremely satisfied with the resort, has all the amenities and comfort you will ever need. Many places to eat and drink and huge pool area. You will need to get transport to get to and from the resort as it is some distance away from Queens road and Nadi cbd.

The cups in the room were not refreshed all week, the room had damages when we arrived that did not get attended to, they put us in a king bed when we booked for 2 separate beds, it wasnt advised on the website that they don't accept cash, the sheets were old, staff walked into our room in the morning while we showering, poor food at breakfast (2 stars) certain staff were selective with people and there weren't equal rules for all and the beach was far from what we expected for Fiji as per the advertisement. I would not book here again.

Great amenities but not in an ideal location as it’s quite unsafe compared to Denarau. On my first night the room we got had stains on pillows and bedsheets, views of construction site, sliding door to balcony wasn’t locking, tv wasn’t working and there was dirty water coming from bath tub tap. When we raised the issue with reception, our room was changed which was better but still the bedsheets were quite rough and grainy, not 5 star quality for the price we paid. Pool is great and staff are wonderful.

We loved the overall experience at the Crowne, the staff were so friendly, accommodating and great to deal with and the pools were simply amazing. The hotel is still being built, but it didn’t affect our stay, what is there currently is great. We loved the suite and recommend upgrading to these rooms as they truly are superior to the standard rooms! The only let down for us was the gym was subpar for the hotel (it needs renovations, more weights and to deal with the condensation issue/mouldy smell) We look forward to coming back in the future. Vinaka!

We loved our stay at Crown Plaza Fiji the staff is very nice and greets everyone with a smile. The food is great and the housekeeping staff is exceptional. Its a great memory for us . Thanks

I had a wonderful seven nights at Crown. The staff were friendly and kind. As a solo traveller it was a perfect place to stay, lie by the pool and read a book.
