Everything about this resort was exceptional. The service, the dining options, the bars and the comfy beds. But nothing was better than the staff. They were exceptional and made the trip even better.

Close to the Airport. Food was fantastic. Staff amazing. Good bars with different options. Swim up bar was the best and being able to book drinks and food to our room worked well for us. Great spot to go if you just want to relax in a great location with good pools and drinks.

The breakfast buffet could be improved by providing guests with water service instead of requiring them to fetch it themselves. Additionally, the staff's demeanor suggests a lack of enthusiasm for their roles in that area.

This is a large hotel close to the airport which is convenient for departures. We thought it may be noisy because of air traffic, but the airport is small and not much air traffic. Hotel was quiet and had large pool areas-some right off our rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, torch lighting was fun to watch. Food was good with lots of options from buffet to reserved seating (make sure to reserve if you want to get in!) Easy 15 min drive to airport. If availability allows, you can hold your room for a late check out (for a fee).

Great facility, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities. Some construction around property and it was a little removed from shopping and restaurants. But multiple restaurants onsite.

The staff is amazing and attentive & very helpful . Food is nice at the buffet breakfast The Harvest and also the Italian restaurant next door La Bottega. Maintenance of the room every day is top notch.

The staff was phenomenal! We loved our waitress Rachel, she took care of us every day! The activities crew was top-notch and so fun! Everyone at the resort made us feel so welcome! And we met some nice people! We will definitely be back!

Having ability issues I found getting around extremely easy. I found the staff extremely hospitable., and the hotel well cared for. The music could have been turned down during quiet/relaxing times and only one lift working.
