Hotel and staff were excellent. Definitely a larger resort so that is the vibe. Staff were amazing and very professional. Beach was not nearly as nice as anticipated though.

Excellent location! Excellent property! Facilities are nothing short of grand. Rooms are always neat and tidy. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Amenities are clean. Pool, gym and activities areas are awesome. The food and beverage services and selections are amazing. And the sunsets are fantastic. My only negative comment is that the wait time and the service in the bars and the restaurants can be extremely slow and delayed; it can be frustrating especially if you are waiting for up to 45 minutes for a beverage - particularly if you are hosting clients for meetings or groups for casual catch ups. It can be a bit embarrassing. Perhaps a more efficient and prompt ordering system can be implemented or maybe just supplying more staff to cover these areas during busy periods would be helpful so in-house guests and patrons are not kept waiting for extended periods. Other than that, its hard to fault this property. 9.8/10 👌

Beautiful resort to stay at! My sister and I stayed there for 7 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty to do and see and had everything you could need, including a tour desk to help get you out to see other parts of Fiji. The staff were beautiful, helpful and incredibly accomodating. There was so many food options and different spaces to explore. Spent plenty of time by the pool and at the beach bar, but the rooms were equally enticing and comfortable if you just wanted a quiet day in. Highly recommend!

The Crowne is severely under staffed. Also the beach is filthy, you cannot swim there due to the water & sand being dirty. They don’t really cater for large groups of around 10 people (lunch & dinners). The service is not 5* hotel. Waiting forever for drinks & food to be brought out/served. Beer was either hot & food was cold by the time we received it. I love Fiji, but Wouldn’t stay there again. Sorry

Wasn’t no shade over pool , no music or interaction throughout the day except when water aerobics was on, poor service from azure we order afternoon teas and waited over 1hour and never received it when I went back they had just forgotten. No sun lounges available every one taken before 8.30 . Over priced restaurants and had the worst experience when I ordered room service but in saying that they did send a free dessert as compensation and didn’t charge for the inconvenience. Overall ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

Room was not clean with no toilet paper at all upon entry on day one, patio furniture was dirty from previous people with marks on the table from glasses and glass walls with marks clearly not cleaned well from previous guests. Breakfast Buffett had lots of variety but food did not look fresh and appetizing. Fresh fruit variety few with more canned fruit. Service very poor with waiters taking too long to bring coffee or anything asked to help with. Should have more servers. This place did not meet my expectations will not go back there again.
