Some Reception staff could be friendlier and the main pool had quite a bit of a mess around the chairs everyday. The adults only pool was wonderful and the staff amazing. Food and drinks were lovely especially the Italian restaurant. Definitely a good resort for families and kids. Maybe not the place to go if you don't like kids. Very busy and noisey.
