Everything was fine with the hotel. Great staff, room and breakfast. Only complaint, not against the hotel nor the staff, was some guest speaking Chinese loudly by 11:45 PM in the hallway. They woke me up. Some people have no courtesy to others. I am coming back to the hotel soon for one more night.

A suitable hotel to stay at overnight before heading further afield in Japan. Room a good size with sufficient amenities for an overnight stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant good. Small shops on site a bonus. Room comfortable except beds a little to firm for my liking. Shuttle service to and from airport a bonus. They also provide shuttle service to near by shopping centre.

Location, hotel convenience store, hotel drug store, hotel resturant, and other amenities is what makes us return to Narita Tobu Hotel Airport each time we vacation in Japan. There's a shuttle that brings passengers to Narita Airport. And to Aeon Mall including a local train station. We appreciate the hotel staff that do their very best to accomodate guests who stay here. Rooms are clean and very comfortable to stay in. We look forward to our very next later in the year. Thank you for all that you do.

Room was clean and adequate. They offered many toiletries which was great. Shuttles to and from the airport but it is also close enough to walk. Convince stores and a restaurant in the hotel as well. easy place to get to and stay at
