Convenient location in a quiet part of the city. The staff have been most pleasant, helpful and friendly. They all also spoke English really well which was an added bonus. The front desk team made the entire stay memorable with their warm welcome and friendly demeanour. Very knowledgeable and helpful in organising things right down to the finer details. The rooms have been refurbished to a degree and is very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here even though the building is older and not as updated.

The room is big and clean. All the people in the reception are nice, helpful and can understand English. Service is efficient. We have our luggage brought to this hotel fron Osaka earlier than our arrival and it is in our room already when we got there. They have a coin washer and dryer on the 3rd and 7th floor. They have a buffet breakfast with good selection for 1500 yen. It is close to the stations and to a lot of restaurants and bar. They also have a free shuttle to the airport which is the main reason we booked this hotel. We will definitely stay again here if we come back to Japan.

Overnight in Narita

Stayed at Hotel Richmond for one night after flying into Narita. Easy to access by train from the airport & approx 10-15 min walk from the station depending on the route Google maps send you. Check- in was good & staff were friendly & professional. Room was a suitable size. Amenities are self serve at reception. Bed was comfortable & room was quiet. Restaurant downstairs nice food & drinks. An enjoyable stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the property and the room is typical Japanese in size. Beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. Likewise, the bathroom. Buffet breakfast has various selections and worth the price. Lastly, the staff are accommodating and provided my family great client service. The only negative remark I can provide was that the shuttle buses is limited per time schedule. I think the hotel needs to add on buses for each individual set schedule. It is a good thing that the hotel is not far from the train station and we were able to arrive at the airport right on time. However, it is inconvenient for us to walk with our luggages given the hotel has shuttle bus amenities that I am expecting will drive us to the airport.

Hotel was nicer than expected. Good location. Very close to train station and walking distance to Naritasan Omotesando street is around 10-15 mins. I would deff stay here again if I needed to fly from Narita.
