Great hotel, it's in a nice comfortable, walkable area. They clean your room everyday and if you want make your bed. I had a pretty good stay

I liked the close proximity of parks and shops . The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable as was the bed. TV, air-conditioning , bathroom - good. The noise from other rooms can be somewhat audible. Communication can be made better if Whatsapp were provided.

Our stay was smooth and easy, the only thing is that there was a big group of some sort of team staying and they we a little noise and knocking on our door (probably thinking our room was ine of their group) other than that and a little leak on the toilet everything was good including the breakfast!

The hotel location is great, you get to spend time at Narita city, close enough to the airport, the transfer service works smoothly. All the members from the staff are very helpful and professional.

Great overnight stay! Reserve shuttle service ahead of time for ride from airport to hotel. Great small Aeon town mall with supermarket nearby. Will stay again.
