We did not do our homework on this property. Expedia ranks this 8/10 and it is not. Very unsafe area. We traveled from Florida to stay here with our 4 children. When we pulled in we found the area to be uneasy and the outside property to be unkept. Upon check in i started reading reviews about this location regarding multiple cars being broken into and the lack of cleanliness to name a few. I unfortunately had already check in, we didn’t even go to our room, i returned our keys and inquired about a refund. The woman at the desk was nice but denied a refund which i totally understand. We chose to drive 7 hours home and take $150 hit than stay at this property. I would recommend not staying here, my family felt very uneasy about the location and the reviews solidified that.

carpets, floors, & walls need ATTENTION. Refrigerator did not work. We had a hiccup trying to check in and it took quite awhile then received a phone call 15 minutes later asking if we still wanted our room.

We were happy the hotel was able to let us check-in early. Peach, the hotel attendant, was very accommodating and helped us get blankets and items needed for the pull out couch. The breakfast was good and the kids liked the pool. It was reasonably priced too!

They had lady bugs in the bed and all over the walls so they put us in another room . I’ll never stay there again.
