The photos online/on Expedia did not match the rooms we had three rooms in total. First on the 12th floor and the room/floor smelt so bad, very humid, smelly, room was also dirty with stained sheets and sticky bathroom floor. Second worse the first on same floor. Third room was on 4th floor was a little cleaner and didn’t smell as bad althoight there was multiple bugs in the room example- stink bug

The hotel was nice and clean, the free shuttle service to downtown was super convenient, and all of the employees were super nice! Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nashville!

The beds were really uncomfortable. We had an awful sleep… and we had to ask the cleaning staff for fresh towels. As they did not change our room after being there 24 hours.

I really liked this property as it was convenient to almost everything, and the staff went above and beyond. They were super nice! Oh, and I mustn’t forget the shuttle that was super convenient!

The staff was wonderful! Went beyond expectations. Room was nice and clean for a older hotel. Close to the hospital with free shuttle.The disappointment was $35 a day to park.
