Elebators were not working and they put us on the 7th floor. So we being partially disabled that we had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs. The room carpet was wet because the refrigerator had defrosted before we arrived. The staff placed a towel on the floor us to soak up some water but was left wet. No luggage carriers to roll suitcases on so we had to go searching for one on every floor. Staff said they only have one. Also was charged $50 to park at the Hotel we were already paying for.

Came with my sister the day before her surgery at Vanderbilt hospital. We were wanting to stay close to the hospital and located this Holiday Inn. Amazing!! Staff is so friendly and helpful. This hotel is by far one of the nicest I have stayed in. Excellent in every way!
