The pool area was good, towels laid out every morning, very fortunate it was open during our one week stay (sometimes closed due to renovation). All in all it was a great stay, close to all amenities. We had a high floor, so it was quiet when door was closed. We couldn’t rate breakfast as we don’t have it. Staff was helpful and polite. Good coffee down stairs. Will definitely stay again.

Located in the heart of Surfers. Noisy area due to nightclubs. Construction on facade and pool area limited access to the amenities. Had to ask to service room and change linen.

Location is very good with all amenities within few mins walk, breakfast is very good with lots of options including for kids & vegetarians. Hotel itself is quite tired & old and currently under renovations. Room we stayed in was ok but bathroom is very tiny with no much room. however, house keeping was very good, beds made daily, rubbish removed and towels replaced without having to ask for any of these.

The tile work in the shower allowed water to flood the rest of the bathroom which made it dangerous and could cause a person to slip & fall.

We were a family of 4. Had a great view of Surfers Beach from our room. 2 minute walk to the light rail. Staff were amazing. Room was very spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights and probably one of the most disorganised hotel I’ve come across. Phone didn’t work to call reception the first night to request a blanket. Was told they would come fix the phone the next day which was perfectly fine. Second day/night house keeping had been and they took all our towels and never replaced them with fresh ones so we had nothing for the second night, tried calling reception again and phone still didn’t work. So my poor daughter who just had a shower had no towel, they also took our second key card which is very concerning. Went to reception to request more towels and explain the key card situation and not even an apology just okay well kinda not our problem situation…. Overall location is good for Surfers, but they really need to pick up their act. Don’t recommend

Well the first night went out for dinner came back to a flooded room went to reception moved us to another room unpack and the air-conditioning wasnt working and the shower hose blew up so back to reception has to pack up again mean time this was 12 oclock at night and move again they upgraded us to a family room which didnt affect us as it was myself and my husband had to leave notes to have our bin emptyed as we emptied the second day had to leave notes for toilet paper just general stuff it was painful it was a long week checked our on the 25th sep handed our keys in everything was already payed for in advance but on returning home on the 26th had a charge of $1089 added to my credit card took me three phone calls to get that sorted then on the 29th they took $ 2179 out of my card rang got the reception and all he said was it was a error why are they still using my credit card after we left thought it was just incase which you do at most motels poor service location was the only good thing about our stay never again

So close to everything which was great, beds were so comfy. Rooms were clean, bathroom was tiny. Balcony was nice. We had 3 rooms, 2 of which had leaks from the roof. 1 room was so bad they had to be moved rooms twice as the second room move the shower head exploded. Was ok for a few nights, possibly not great for an extened stay. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Close to all transport to and from theme parks etc

We had a stunning view of the beach from our room. The staff were all fantastic - very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The room was wonderful and suited our needs very well.
