급하게 예약한 방인데 매우 좋은 선택이었습니다. 투베드룸 아파트먼트에서 지냈는데, 매우 깨끗하게 유지되고 있었고, 구조도 4인 가족이 지내기에 딱 좋은 사이즈였습니다. 인테리어는 모던하고 현대적입니다. 화장실이 약간 작지만 충분히 기능을 하는 편입니다. 수건이 아주 넉넉히 구비되어 만족스러웠습니다. 밤에 추울때 히트 펌프가 제대로 기능하여 금세 따뜻해졌습니다. 다음에 통가리로 크로싱 갈때 또 가겠습니다.

Outdoor tub was divine, everything else less so

I booked the king suite because I wanted to use the outdoor soaking tub. It was divine after a long day of travel. The water was very hot. The tubs are not private - you can be seen from the parking lot and the sidewalk on the public street - so I had to use it with my swimsuit on. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The furnishings inside the studio are a bit tired. For example, the couch seems like something you would find at IKEA and is not built for commercial use. There was a body outline on the couch from repeated use (and perhaps by less than clean individuals). Perhaps the tiredness of couch tainted my perception of the cleanliness of the other surfaces, but the dark colored bed spread, pillows and carpet did not seem fresh and clean. The water tastes very bad - it basically ruined my cup of tea. I would offer filtered water for guests. Also, the sink was so small that it was nearly impossible to fill the kettle. The refrigerator was rancid. Perhaps it’s been overlooked while cleaning but there was spoiled dairy products inside that made the whole room smell when I opened it. This also contributed to the general feeling of uncleanliness.

The staff were friendly and nice - and we greatly appreciated the dry room that was available for use in October (we were also the only ones using it and there was sufficient room for my group of 6). There was also a common kitchen and dinning area, that had a kids area with toys for children to play. My children enjoyed their time with other kids there, and there seemed to be quite a few toys to go around. However, being a common kitchen, there was a strong smell of recent cooking and the condition will depend on the guests that use it. As for the individual room, it was on the smaller side for 6, and may be a bit uncomfortable with the glass doors opening into the living room that may be a set up as a bed. The heating was strong (if you like it warm, but it can also be switched off).

The lady on the front desk was lovely and helpful. The unit was a great set up for us with two small kids and even had a proper gas oven. We also really liked the communal area, with books and toys for the kids. The trampoline was great too! Thank you for having us, we would love to come back again!

I was extremely happy I booked this property for our family get away. When I entered the room it was nice and cozy. The staff at reception was so helpful and understanding. Overall I loved my stay will be staying here in future. The property is well looked after in terms of cleaning and every other facility. I definitely recommend this property to other travellers. One more thing parents with kids will love the little play area this place has for kids. my 6 year old was in the play area that’s with the guest lounge and it had a nice fireplace just too amazing for this colder mornings.
