Good location, wonderful staff but room was poor

Pros: The staff and location
Cons: The rooms!!!
Location: Easy access to the hotel from both sides of the motorway and surprisingly quiet. Close to Luzern and only just over an hour to the Alps.
The room was very cramped and really far too small for 4 people. Two "teenage sized" children sharing an uncomfortable small sofa bed really does not work. Also the shower curtain does not sufficiently hold back the water so water gets everywhere, even on the carpet that then smells damp. The room was otherwise well equipped with the TV, WiFi, etc......the breakfast great everyday and the staff were always superb. I would recommend it to a couple only but not a family at all.
