The room is super clean, the staff are friendly and helpful; especially Fatima, she was great!, she helped us with reservations for Hot Air Balloon ride & recommended us a photographer for fotos shoot sessions by Mustafa who gave us an unforgettable experience in Cappadocia, the amenities are perfect, the breakfast are wonderful! ❤️❤️

Staff were often not at the front desk; slow responses on WhatsApp; not very hospitable. Room was not cleaned once during our 4/5 night stay. Fresh towels, glasses and replenishments had to be requested. Room smelt mouldy and damp. The restaurant had a beautiful rooftop though the cushions were always wet or not set up, and was also not open for dinner. Wasted opportunity to watch the balloons or have sundowners. Bed was comfy; shower was decent. Book if you want a short stay but lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. The highlight was definitely the tours we did in the area but be sure to have cash for these or you’ll spend most of your time trying to make arrangements for this only to be charged extra to use your card in the end.

A perfect base for a stay in Goreme, our queen size bedroom and bathroom was fantastic, @07.00 you open the front door and you have a sky full of hot air balloon right in front of you. I. The evening you are right in the middle of the village for a great selection of food and drink. The hotel has a lovely roof bar, all the staff were brilliant and helpful, highly recommend

We had a great stay at Kayra Cave Suites. The location was extremely convenient — right near the main area of Cappadocia, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. After a long day of sightseeing, it was easy to relax and step out for a quick bite without needing to walk far. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. They arranged transportation for our late flight and let us use the facilities even after checkout. When my son forgot something in the room, they quickly found it and provided mailing options, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of fresh items like eggs, olive spreads, cheeses, fruits, and breads — a wonderful way to start the day. Overall, a delightful experience and we would happily stay here again!

Fast Wifi, friendly service, clean and comfortable

Stayed over the new year, and everything about the hotel made our holiday perfect. Lots of shops and great restaurants in very close proximity, nice views from the rooftop bar, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and the fastest wifi I've had in my 2 weeks travelling Turkey. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed, and the laundry service was also quick and reasonably priced, which is great as a backpacker who's always on the move and rarely has time to sit in place long enough to have clothes freshened up. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cappadocia! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

False advertising as to the roof of the hotel.

Rude staff, misleading pictures, false advertising that they have a rooftop with floor spread for pictures with hot air balloon. Photos shows the real rooftop.

Staff was nice, accommodating, and very responsive. If they didn't know the answer to something, they made sure to make it their duty to figure it out or find someone. The morning breakfast was amazing. The lady chef, Nurcan was very sweet and she made sure to make our visit here even better with her 5 star service and cooking. She made sure to make something new every day and even ask for special requests which I've never experienced before Only con: - If you're going to multiple vacation destinations, keep in mind that the laundry is expensive. It was about $20 EUR per laundry load.

Our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was brilliant. From the moment we checked in, Mehmet was extremely kind and helpful and was able to make our reservation for the hot air balloon ride, which went super smoothly. Our room was nice and clean and we loved the setting of the room, the vibe was super cosy. The area surrounding the hotel is so convenient, where there are many lovely restaurants and shops all walking distance which made everything so easy to get around. We were also able to view the balloons fly from the hotels terrace which was a lovely experience. The staff were always very welcoming, polite and happy to answer any questions that we had. They were able to book our airport transfer to/from the hotel with no issues. Esila in particular was so lovely and was able to speak to us in English brilliantly and helpful with our bags which we were able to leave in reception and come back to collect later. Overall our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was excellent and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to book at the centre of Göreme.

The hotel was great and fit for purpose, very close to the best viewing attractions, only 10 minutes walking to the sun rise hill. Room was clean and unique, staff are kind and helpful, breakfast was tasty and adequate. My only negative observation was the roof outdoor cushions were very dusty and old, they need renovation as its not usable for posing for a picture. Overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
