Welcome to Millie’s- Clara. Cottages maintain their original 1970’s charm, now transformed into contemporary, comfortable gems with the best sunsets in all of Canyon Lake.
Currently Canyon Lake levels are at a historic low and lake access from Millie's is limited. Please visit the MyCanyonLake website for more information under the category of lakes and rivers.
Creature comforts include:
· Queen bed and a full over queen bunk bed (sleeps 6)
· Living area with dining table, couch, WiFi, Smart TV (bring your logins), games, puzzles, books, etc.
· A cozy kitchen including Galanz fridge/freezer, electric range/oven, microwave, coffee maker (of course), blender, toaster, dishes, drinkware, flatware, knives, cooking tools, bakeware, pot holders, BBQ tools, dish soap, first aid kit, and more. Customized Yeti cups are available for purchase if you’d like to take Millie’s home with you.
· Beautiful, full bath – including towels, hairdryers, and bathing suit hangers.
· Outdoor seating area including a charcoal BBQ pit (BYO - meat, veggies, charcoal and lighter fluid), picnic table, and chairs.
· 1 wagon/cottage and beach towels.

Let me just start by saying I rented this cottage from the reviews which were a 5 star. I hate to even leave this kind of review however I feel it is needed. First off my husband and I were celebrating our 20th Anniversary so we were hoping for an amazing experience. Let me start with the positives, nice location, nice piece of property with lake front access, precious cottages. Now on to the bad. First night there I had a roach run out from under the microwave while I was cooking something. Ok I just killed it and went on. My husband said it was a German Roach, didn't even think much about it, until into 2 days of our trip and they are in the coffee pot and then I'm killing tiny ones on the counter. At this point I'm just like ok do they really clean these cottages, I am totally having second thoughts at this moment. I left a note for the cleaning ladies to let them know what I had found and I even made contact with the office who takes care of this rental for the owner. I'm really sad our stay had to go this way but I guess it is what it is.

It was very quiet. We saw several deer each morning. We toured three caverns in the area and had a comfortable bed to crash in each evening.

Millie's Waterfront Cottages
This is a very nice cottage to stay in. Was reasonably quiet and peaceful. The lake beach area is very nice. The cottage has everything in it you would need for a trip. Plenty of dishes/utensils. Beach towels, the little wagon is a nice touch to carry your items down to the lake. Highly recommend it for a nice little get away.
