I reserved a room with a whirlpool tub (Jacuzzi) for my birthday working out of town. I thought I’d splurge a little but: the Jacuzzi was in poor shape was missing parts. The smoke alarm went off while I was in the Jacuzzi so I had to cover it with a towel in order to use it.The shower drain cover was off. Something wrong with The faucet in the shower. Just turning in a little bit almost scolded me. The eggs were overcooked as well as the potatoes and they were cold. The coffee in the room was all decaffeinated just what you need waking up to go to work Ot was a big waste of money

Front desk person initially gave me room number that was already occupied. Luckily the door to that room was open so I did not try to enter. They also did not check my photo id and bill later had incorrect home address. Person said they were tired, apologized for mistake then assigned correct room number. Giving low rating as this was a safety issue. Stay otherwise was fine..

Great hotel but starting to show age especially the elevator. That was scary. Great breakfast! Staff were friendly.The bed was the most comfortable I’ve been on. Not much nearby but we just wanted a quiet night away from home anyway. We love Hampton Inn!
